Shipping policy

Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note Textured Rings and Cubic Zirconia Necklace and Drop Earrings may take up to two weeks to be dispatched due to making to order.

If you have ordered a commissioned piece, processing time will be discussed with you by Karen or Chelsea upon ordering.

Shipping 

We use Royal Mail for all shipping in the UK - 

Royal Mail First Class - £4.95

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.95

If you require a different postage service or are outside of the UK, please contact us for more information. 

Collection 

You can skip the shipping fees with free collection at The Pod. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 - 3:30 on Weekends as of 29/01/24. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Checking the status of my order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at seawaves.studio@icloud.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
